Joseph Heinzen, Chief Safety Officer
Joseph Heinzen serves as President & Chief Safety Officer for WorldSafe, the global leader in Critical Event Management (CEM) and safety SaaS solutions that automate and streamline operational responses during critical events to keep people safe and property protected. Joe has over 20 years of leadership experience and a record of successfully leading, growing and transforming businesses. Prior to WorldSafe Joe served as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at LiveSafe, a trusted provider of two-way safety and security risk communications, emergency notifications, and safety tools and resources. Before LiveSafe, Joe served as the President of Zoozil, and held roles as the Executive Director for Reading Without Borders.

LaNile Dalcour, Risk Services Advisor / Board Member
LaNile boasts extensive experience and expertise in assessing and resolving vulnerabilities ensuring safety and security of people and properties. He has created and implemented national training programs and has been selected as a Spokesperson for numerous public speaking engagements. LaNile has also been hand-selected to serve rotations within the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

Martin Foldes, a retired Navy SEAL with 20 years of military experience, serves as a Board Member and Risk Services Advisor for WorldSafe. His primary responsibilities include conducting vulnerability and risk assessments to help clients make informed decisions about their security measures. Beyond assessing risk, Martin also teaches crisis leadership, emphasizing the importance of shared responsibility across all levels of an organization. He is a strong advocate for WorldSafe's vision of implementing tailored security and safety tech solutions based on each client's unique needs. His military-honed perspective is an invaluable asset, shaping WorldSafe's approach to security and fostering safer environments for organizations.

Destiny Keuter, Safety Development Representative
Destiny Keuter with a degree in Convergence Journalism from the University of West Georgia serves as the Safety Development Director at WorldSafe. In her time studying at the University of West Georgia, she was inspired to seek a degree in something where she would be able to help people and keep them safe. She chose journalism so that she could help people write their stories and get them out for the world to hear and see. Upon graduating, she took a sales job while seeking journalism opportunities and fell in love with helping people find the best solution for their business needs. She has since focused on outreach through awareness campaigns for companies like Ring Central, Uber Eats, and Staples.

Andy Jernigan, with a mechanical engineering degree from Old Dominion University, serves as the Head of Engineering at WorldSafe. His multifaceted career began at NASA, where he managed risk for notable space programs and led multimillion-dollar projects. His experience extends to overseeing product facility projects, renovating residential properties, and serving as a maintenance manager for a manufacturing facility, emphasizing his commitment to safety and sustainability. With a robust network of contractors across the United States, Jernigan brings a unique blend of technical expertise and leadership to diverse engineering projects.
